The terms, accessibility, data protection and AI practices that govern intelliDesign.
Terms of use
These terms apply to every page of intelliDesign, the design studio of Intelliversal.
Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Information, not advice
Content on this site, including insights, articles and statistics, is general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and you should seek advice for your situation.
Intellectual property
The site and its content belong to Intelliversal or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use with attribution, but may not copy, modify or republish content for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party sources and links
Statistics and research cited on this site come from named third parties. We link to other sites for convenience and are not responsible for their content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from use of the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we specify in our service agreements.
Accessibility
We aim for every page to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:
- Text and interface elements keep strong contrast against their background.
- Every function works with a keyboard alone, with a clear visible focus state.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels that screen readers can follow.
- Images carry meaningful descriptions, and motion respects the reduced-motion setting on your device.
- Layouts adapt from large screens to phones without hiding content.
This is a commitment to keep improving, not a claim that every page is perfect. If something blocks you, write to design@intelliversal.com and tell us the page and what happened. We will reply promptly and offer another way to get the information.
Data protection
We handle personal data under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, where they apply. We collect only what we need, say plainly why, and keep it only as long as that purpose lasts.
The privacy statement sets out what we collect, our legal bases, how long we keep data and how to use your rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaint. The cookie policy explains the cookies this site uses and how to manage them.
To exercise a right or raise a concern, write to design@intelliversal.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Responsible use of AI and content provenance
Our studio uses AI tools to explore ideas and speed up routine work. People make the decisions and stay accountable for every deliverable.
- We tell clients when generative tools were used in a deliverable, and how.
- We do not put client confidential material into tools that train on it without written agreement.
- We check generated work for accuracy, bias and likeness to existing work before it leaves the studio.
- We label synthetic images, video and audio clearly, and keep a record of sources and licences for assets we use.
- Where a client or platform supports content credentials, we attach them.
Questions about how we used AI on a project are welcome at design@intelliversal.com.
Intellectual property and licensing of deliverables
The intelliDesign name, logo and this site belong to Intelliversal or its licensors.
For client work, ownership and licensing are set out in the project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- Final approved deliverables are licensed to the client for the uses agreed, and ownership transfers on full payment.
- Third-party elements such as fonts, stock imagery, music and software carry their own licences, which we list and pass on.
- We keep our working methods, tools and unused concepts.
- We may show finished work in our portfolio, unless the client asks us not to or confidentiality applies.
