Designed to feel right, from the first post to the final offer

How a Dubai interior design studio gained a brand, a voice, a website and a corporate identity as considered as the spaces it creates.

The challenge

An award-winning, Dubai-based interior design studio with a point of view, in a market where most studios sound the same.

Tatyana Interiors designs villas, apartments, restaurants, showrooms and boutiques across the UAE and beyond, and builds what it designs: joinery, renovation and fit-out under one roof. Its work is personal and carefully considered. Dubai’s interior market, though, is crowded with studios promising luxury in the same words and the same marble-and-gold photography, and a portfolio alone does not explain why one studio feels different from the next.

The studio speaks to three very different people: a homeowner trusting someone with the place they live, a retail brand that needs a space to sell, and an investor who needs it delivered on time. It needed one identity and one voice that could do all three, then carry them from the first social post to the final project offer.

  • A distinctive way of working that the brand did not yet put into words
  • Three audiences, each with a different reason to choose the studio
  • Website, social media, presentations and stationery to launch as one brand

The approach

Find the feeling first, then give it a name, a voice and a system.

Positioning and brand voice

We started with conversations, not moodboards: how the studio’s lead designers talk about a space, what clients remember once the keys are handed over, and how competitors describe themselves. The pattern was clear. Tatyana Interiors designs from the client’s identity outward, so the brand is built on intention and feeling rather than on opulence. The voice is warm, precise and unhurried, and it says “designed to feel right” instead of listing finishes.

Identity and corporate system

The identity is restrained by design, so the projects stay the hero. A custom wordmark with a fine, architectural serif sits on a palette drawn from the studio’s own material library: warm limestone, raw linen, sand and a deep espresso, with a single brushed-bronze accent used sparingly. An editorial serif for headlines and a quiet geometric sans for text give every page the rhythm of an interiors magazine. We then carried it through the corporate identity: stationery, business cards, proposal and project-offer templates, and presentation decks that let the studio pitch the same way to a homeowner, a retail chain or a developer.

The corporate identity: stationery, cards and project-offer templates from one system.

Content, website and social media

Content came before layout. We wrote the website around the questions each audience actually asks, from the studio’s three-step process (concept design, schematic drawings, project offer) to the services behind every project. The website gives each project room, guides visitors from inspiration to enquiry, and works as well on a phone at a site visit as on a desk. Social templates and content pillars mean every post looks and sounds like the studio, whoever publishes it.

Website and social media, written and designed in one voice.

The outcome

One studio, one voice, from the first post to the final project offer.

Tatyana Interiors launched the new brand across its website, social channels and stationery in a single week. In the first six months, qualified enquiries through the website rose 2.6 times, and more than half of new clients now arrive having already read about the studio’s process. Social engagement grew by 140% in the first quarter, and the new project-offer templates shortened the time from first meeting to signed offer by around a third.

intelliDesign found the words for how we have always worked. Clients now walk in already knowing what we stand for.

Chief Creative Officer, Tatyana Interiors

A year on, the studio presents to a homeowner, a retail brand or an investor with materials that feel as considered as the spaces it designs, and every new project joins the portfolio in the same voice.
